Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Period
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, UK consumers have the legal right to cancel their digital course enrollment within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase without stating a reason.
2. Digital Course Refund Conditions
If you wish to request a full refund for any course (Beginner Painting Course £29, Landscape Workshop £49, Portrait Painting £69, Botanical Masterclass £39, Abstract Techniques £59, or Complete Art Program £119):
- Submit your cancellation request via email to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.
- Include your full name, order reference number, and email address used during checkout.
- Upon receipt, your course access will be canceled, and a 100% full refund will be processed back to your original payment card within 5 to 7 business days.
3. Physical Artist Supply Boxes & Materials
For physical merchandise (such as our Curated Artist Supply Box £95), items must be returned unused, unopened in original packaging, and in resalable condition to our Bath studio address within 14 days of delivery. Return postage fees are borne by the customer unless the goods arrived damaged.
